Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

   Orders are processed within  1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high‑volume periods.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods

   We ship using trusted carriers such as LTL Freight, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

 

 

3. Delivery Estimates

   Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or product availability. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

 

 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

   If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

6. International Shipping 

   International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
